Article 8 of the Wetlands Conservation Act
- Purpose
The purpose of the Act is to provide for the conservation of wetlands and biodiversity thereof by prescribing matters necessary for the efficient conservation and management of wetlands, and to contribute to the promotion of international cooperation by reflecting the purpose of international convention on wetlands.
